TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material is widely employed in crafting the surface layer of volleyballs, due to its unique performance and advantages. TPU exhibits outstanding wear resistance, capable of withstanding the frequent impacts and abrasions encountered during matches and training sessions, thereby maintaining the integrity and surface quality of the ball.

We provide our customers with laminated composite balls leather, usually two layers (TPU + TPE) and three layers (TPU + TPE + interwoven fabric). Because different customers have varied needs, there are options for the intermediate foam layer and foundation fabric.
- Thickness: 0.13-0.3mm for TPU, customized for TPU composite material
- Width: 1.37 meters
- Finished product roll: 50m/roll for TPU, 100m/roll for TPU composite material
- MOQ: 3500 meters

We have automated production line conducted and adjusted by our highly professional technical team which has more than 10 years of sports ball experience. Our factory is equipped with our own testing equipment. These testing equipment covers every manufacturing stage from raw materials to finished products, to ensure all products meet quality standards.
